Cammda’s Micro-FluidRatiometer™ is a precision proportioning instrument for the metering of two component epoxies and silicones. Ideal for maintenance shops and repair depots, the Micro-FluidRatiometer™ offers smaller shot cup mixing without weighing or measuring.

Its adjustable ratio mechanism dispenses two component reactive materials in ratios ranging from 1:1 to 100:1. Great for benchtop applications, its light weight and and small footprint make the Micro-FluidRatiometer™ easily transportable between workstations.

The Micro-FluidRatiometer™ consists of two identical manually operated metering pumps. Each cylinder is filled to a preset level and then dispensed into a vessel where the two components can be mixed. Each pump is operated independently and the materials do not meet until they reach the mixing cup, thereby simplifying cleanup.

The Micro-FluidRatiometer™ can be gravity fed from standard dispensing cartridges or pressure fed from a tank or low-pressure pump.
