Custom Blending

CAMMDA Corporation is pleased to announce the introduction of the fully disposable, high solids Spray Static Mixer (HSS)™. This innovation turns a disposable static mixer into an air-assisted spray head.

Two-component materials are thoroughly blended through the static mixer and then atomized, making application fast and easy. Fast reacting two-component coatings and materials can now be handled through low cost cartridge and meter-mix-dispense systems, including our own Camm-Coater™ Dispensing System. The new HSS Spray Static Mixer™ comes complete with integrated atomizing spray head and retaining nut. After applying the coating, the HSS Spray Static Mixer™ is simply discarded.

There is minimal maintenance and nothing to clean up, unlike conventional high-pressure impingement spray systems. No solvents are necessary, making this system environmentally friendly . Materials with viscosities higher than the conventional "sprayable" range can now be applied without the need for heat.
