Fixed Ratio, One-Piece Cartridges

Available in a range of volumetric ratios and capacities including the 2.5:1 PBV (112 ml) Chubby, these fixed ratio one-piece cartridges offer an economical solution for two component dispensing applications. Use in conjunction with the appropriate static mixer, these cartridges provide a solvent free point-of-use mixing process. No weighing or hand mixing. No chance of off-ratio material or air entrapment. A polypropylene housing with medium density polyethylene pistons provides excellent chemical resistance for most adhesives, sealants and other reactive compounds. Prepackaged and ready to go, each cartridge assembly comes with cartridge, pistons and end caps.

Variable Ratio, Clip Together Cartridges

For dispensing dual component adhesives, sealants, reactive compounds and two-part foams, these variable ratio clip together cartridges allow for a wide range of dispensing ratios and volumetric capacities. Designed for use with both manual and air-powered dispensing systems, these cartridges can be used with dispensing guns as well as automated dispensing equipment. Prepackaged and ready to go, each cartridge assembly comes with cartridge, piston and end cap.
