The Joint-Jockey™ is an economical two-component meter-mix-dispense system designed to properly proportion, blend and apply joint-fillers, crack injection liquids and coatings.

Description:
- Precision meter-mix-dispense machine correctly proportions, thoroughly mixes and dispenses two component joint fill, through a wand, directly into joins, saw-cuts and cracks
- Frame and pump nacelle are constructed of 2” square tubular steel with welded bulwarks positioned to protect the most sensitive components
- 6” hard phenolic wheels enable the machine to ride smoothly and easily over concrete floors
- On-board electric compressor (110 VAC) and 13 gallon air-tank feed plenty of power to the pumps without noxious fumes.
- Adjustable snuff-back controls run-on and drooling at the nose
- Materials do not meet until they enter the disposable mixer ensuring quick, easy clean-up
- 5 gallon reservoirs ensure capacity for hundreds of feet of joint filling between re-fills. Re-filling can be done on–the-fly.
- One reservoir is stainless steel to protect the moisture sensitive isocyanate component while the other is translucent so the operator can see the material level at-a-glance.
