Camm-Coater™ Dispensing System

The Camm-Coater™ Dispensing System is a two component meter-mix-dispense system that is designed to work with both standard static mixers and the new fully disposable spray static mixers (HSS). While especially suited for spray applications, the versatile Camm-Coater™ can also be used for potting, encapsulating, bonding, sealing, filling, doming, foam applications, concrete repair, pipe repair, crack filling and concrete saw-cut filling.

Joint Jockey™ Joint Filler

The Joint-Jockey™ is an economical two-component meter-mix-dispense system designed to properly proportion, blend and apply joint-fillers, crack injection liquids and coatings.

STT Dual Mini Valves™

Slide Tube Technology™ has lead to the development of this small lightweight dual component dispensing valve. Encompassing responsive double acting pneumatic actuation, the STT Dual Mini Valve™ is capable of 3-4 cycles per second. The small physical size and weight of the valve makes it ideal for robotic applications.

STT High Flow Dual Valve™

For production runs where efficiency and high throughput are important, our new STT High Flow Dual Valve™ is just the ticket. Designed using CAMMDA's unique Slide Tube Technology™, it utilizes a straight flowpath, resulting in greater throughput and increased durability over side-loaded valves.

Micro-FluidRatiometer™

CAMMDA's Micro-FluidRatiometer™ is an economical precision metering system for two component epoxies and silicones, that offers smaller shot cup mixing without weighing or measuring. Lightweight and portable, it is ideal for maintenance shops and repair depots. The metering ratio is adjustable from 1:1 to 1:100, adding to the convenience and versatility of this system

Epoxy Dispensing Stations

A simple solution to two component dispensing for smaller production runs, the Epoxy Dispensing Station offers an economical means for potting materials such as epoxy, silicone, urethane and acrylic compounds. Positive on/off valve action at the output of the static mixer ensures even small shots are properly proportioned and blended throughout the potting application.
