Our Metering Rod Positive Displacement Valves are designed for precision dispensing of a wide range of single component materials including lubricants, sealants, acrylics, epoxies, urethanes, silicones and UV curables. With positive displacement technology, an exact, metered amount of material is dispensed per cycle. This ensures precise, repeatable deposits resulting in greater quality control.

An added benefit is material conservation. Because deposit size is consistent, material usage can be accurately measured and managed.

This type of positive displacement valve / pump is insensitive to changes in material viscosities and can dispense a wide range of viscosities from watery thin to pastes. Volumetric output ranges from 0.009 to 4.0 cc depending on model. These valves are ideally suited for automated and semi-automated environments.
