Pressure Reservoirs - Smart-Tank

The Smart-Tank™ is a 1-litre high pressure reservoir system utilizing compressed air or nitrogen up to a maximum operating pressure of 100 psi. The adhesive or sealant is placed inside the Smart-Tank™ in its original container, thereby simplifying both set-up and clean-up. The disposable down-tube, which is inserted in the liquid, is built into the lid for ease of access. The lid is held in place with four large easy to turn hand wheels which create a uniform positive seal and make fastening and unfastening a breeze. When the chamber is pressurized, liquid is forced up the down-tube and delivered to the dispensing site. The flow rate of the liquid is a function of the diameter of the feed lines, the viscosity of the liquid and the pressure in the Smart-Tank™. A low level indicator will warn you when the fluid level is getting low. This sensor is based on weight and is adjustable. A pneumatic output is available to trigger a pressure switch for automatic applications where an electronic controller is used.
