CAMMDA's pneumatic Pinch Valve (960-1212-00) provides a high degree of control for dispensing of low to semi-viscous materials. Automatic opening and closing of a molded polyethylene pinch tube assembly serves as the "ON/OFF" control. Shot size and flow rate can be adjusted via the tube's opening size. Additionally, the air-operated valve can be timed to manage dispensed output. Dispensing tips can be fitted to the tubing assembly to further refine shot size. Default valve position is closed, providing a fail-safe should there be a loss of air pressure. Material path is disposable, simplifying the task of clean-up and maintenance, and making it an excellent choice for dispensing of difficult materials such as quick curing cyanoacrylates and adhesives.
